As Managing Director and Founder of FlexiForce Labour, I lead a team that is committed to the ongoing success in labour hire across a variety of industries.
With qualifications in Business, Science, and Law, my experience in labour hire started more than a decade ago with agricultural clients in the Goulburn Valley. Since that time, I have been called upon to advise and make representations with regard to government agencies, licencing authorities, employment contracts, staff sourcing, business structuring and more.
My clients in labour hire now span healthcare, manufacturing, and cleaning across most states of Australia. Sourcing staff through my expanding network of contacts means I am able to provide labour locally, and from other countries such as Tonga, Thailand, the Philippines and more.
As a Team Manager at FlexiForce Labour, I am passionate about creating a team culture and is friendly, inclusive, and driven. What I love most about working at FlexiForce is the opportunity to connect with a diverse community of people, foster collaboration, and see the positive impact we have on both our clients and employees.
With a Bachelor of Science, Majoring in Psychology, I bring a strong foundation of knowledge in organisational and social psychology, as well as strong communication skills that help me to support my team.
My experience in an accounting firm, where I manage the records for various labour hire clients, has provided me with valuable industry insights and the chance to build lasting relationships, particularly across South East Asia and the Pacific.

Flexiforce Labour supports the development of policy to improve the workplace health and safety for all workers. With a boots-on-the-ground approach, our team is regularly onsite, listening and acting on concerns from both staff and host employers. In this way we aim to meet or exceed the requirements of regulatory Work Health and Safety (WHS) bodies.
We support MADEC Certification, delivering accredited training for our candidates. MADEC Provides education and support for job seekers on their pathway to employment in the Horticulture industry.
